At PictorMart, we strive to provide high-quality GPS tracking products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds but provide store credit, which will be issued within 7 working days after the return is processed.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available for reasons such as size mismatch, color discrepancy, or defective items, subject to stock availability.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
A reverse pickup fee of Rs 200 will apply.

Store Credit:

Store credit is valid for 15 Days and can be redeemed on any product available on our website.

Quality Check:

Once the product is returned, our team will conduct a quality check.
If the product passes the check, store credit will be issued via email.
If the product fails the check, it will be returned to you, and the exchange or return request will be rejected.

Promotional Items:

Items purchased under promotions, clearance sales, or special deals can only be exchanged for a product in the same sale/offer or returned for store credit.
